Primitas Learning Partnership – Teaching Assistant Role: Teaching Assistant (3 Posts – Various hours)
Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6‑7, FTE £25,989 p.a. to £26,403 p.a.
Contract: permanent / term time plus (38 weeks when pupils are in school, plus 3 days)
- Role 1: 37 hours a week, 8:30‑4:30 am‑pm Monday‑Friday. Actual Salary £22,224 p.a. to £22,578 p.a.
- Role 2: 32.5 hours a week, 8:30‑3:30 am‑pm Monday‑Friday. Actual Salary £19,521 p.a. to £19,832 p.a.
- Role 3: 25 hours a week, 8:00‑1:00 am‑pm Monday‑Friday. Actual Salary £15,017 p.a. to £15,256 p.a.

About the School: Greywood Primary Academy is a new school within Primitas Learning Partnership. Our values of belonging, believing, and placing children at the heart of everything we do shape our ethos and vision. We are looking for dedicated, friendly and nurturing practitioners to join our Early Years team as the school opens in September with our first Nursery and reception classes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Early Years team to develop nursery and reception curriculum, environment, and ethos.
- Support children to receive the best start to their learning journey.
- Apply hard work, nurturing, dedication and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a calm, caring, firm and supportive approach.
- Collaborate effectively in a team and use initiative to help pupils develop.
- Contribute to the implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Early English and Early Mathematics.
