Student Support Manager - Westwood College at WMJobs. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing provision for students identified with SEND.
- Promote high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Deploy resources effectively and maintain high standards of achievement and progress for all students.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders, teaching staff, support teams, families, and external agencies to tailor and deliver evidence-based SEND support.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths (minimum grade 4/C) or equivalent experience.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Desirable Qualities
- Substantial knowledge of SEND.
- Experience with interventions to support development and progress of students with SEND.
Salary and Hours
Grade 7 (SCP 15-22) = FTE £30,024 - £33,699. Working hours: 32.5. Working weeks: 39.2 (pay weeks 45.28 for 0-4 years’ service). Actual salary £22,901.
