Our SRP Vision

Our Specialist Resourced Provision will be a safe, structured, and nurturing space where children feel secure, understood, and empowered to succeed. We are creating an environment that prioritises emotional wellbeing alongside learning—where every child is supported to develop independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

You will play a vital role in helping to establish this provision as a place where:

  • Children are supported with dignity, respect, and consistency
  • Individual needs are understood and met through personalised approaches
  • A calm, predictable environment enables pupils to feel safe and ready to learn
  • Growth—social, emotional, and academic—is celebrated at every stage
