About the role
Teaching Assistant Additional Needs (term-time only) - Grade 4

We are delighted to advertise an excellent opportunity to join our highly successful school in the picturesque market town of Stone.
Responsibilities
- Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum.
- Work closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets.
- Support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans, and undergo relevant training.
- Lunchtime supervision is included in this post.
- We welcome applications from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours or job-sharing options.
- There is a possibility for progression, for those interested, in taking an additional role of assisting to manage SEND.
