Stoke-on-Trent City Council is advertising an Employment and Skills Broker within the Jobs, Enterprise and Training (JET) service to support a Youth Hub. You will manage a caseload of young people, provide personalised employment and skills guidance, and collaborate with DWP Work Coaches and partner organisations to create pathways to employment, apprenticeships and training.
You will also engage local employers to tailor opportunities, arrange interviews and design bespoke recruitment solutions.
