An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an exceptional Subject Leader to our Science Faculty for September 2026.

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Salary: Teacher’s Leadership Range L6 – L10 Currently £58,569 - £64,691 (2026 pay award pending)

Recruitment Allowance: A £3,000 recruitment allowance is available for this post

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

St Peter's CofE Academy is seeking an outstanding and innovative Subject Leader for Science. You will be responsible for the Leadership and Management of the Faculty, working closely with the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will:

St Peter’s CofE Academy is rated Good by Ofsted and is an over subscribed, mixed 11-16 popular Church of England Academy which puts Christian values, faiths and high standards at the centre of all we do. We serve the whole community of Stoke-on-Trent and welcome students of all faiths and none.
