Stoke-on-Trent City Council is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated Personal Wellbeing Assistants to join our strong Community Enablement team. This is a part-time position working 21 hours per week on a rota basis, which will include weekends and evening shifts from 4 pm to 10 pm. A vehicle is required as the role involves travelling across the city.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all aspects of care in a person’s own home.
  • Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and drinks.
  • Promote privacy, dignity, choice, and independence for adults.
