Hours: 21 hours per week, working shifts between the hours of 4pm and 10pm

The Role: We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated Personal Wellbeing Assistants to join our strong Community Enablement team. These are part-time positions only, working 21 hours per week and therefore the salary will be pro rata. You will be required to work on a rota basis which will include weekends. These posts are for evening shifts only 4 pm - 10 pm. The role will require you to be able to travel across the city. You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

A Personal Wellbeing Assistant will provide all aspects of care in a person's own home. This may include personal care, assist with medication, support with meals and drinks. You will be required to have a genuine interest and commitment to providing high-quality care and support to adults in promoting their privacy, dignity, choice and independence. Also, from within the council, you will be offered a comprehensive framework of core skills and knowledge. A rolling programme of induction and accredited training opportunities will build your confidence and enable you to reach your full potential.
