The Discovery Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join our team.
This 35-hour-per-week post is permanent and year-round, with a starting point aligned to Level 7 salary and an emphasis on supporting Head of Year in behaviour and attendance across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative, aspirational culture and engage in group work and intervention programmes to raise standards.
