We wish to appoint a dedicated, hard-working Learning Support Practitioner to initially be based in our EYFS from September 2026. It is essential that the post holder will add to the positive ethos of Oakhill, for the benefit of our children and staff, by being willing to take part in the wider life of the school.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Initially based in the EYFS.
- Excellent practitioner with high expectations of pupils' behaviour and achievements.
- Committed to continual improvement with a drive to develop their own practice.
- Passionate about learning and ensuring that every child reaches their potential.
- Willing to teach the whole class when needed, as well as supporting groups and individual children.
- Enthusiastic, friendly children and staff who are passionate and hardworking.
- A strong commitment to CPD and support.
- Rich opportunities to develop expertise in supporting and teaching children.
