We are looking to recruit a part-time Conference and Panel Co-ordinator to join our friendly, experienced, and well-established team within Children’s Social Care. This is a rewarding and varied role where you will play a key part in supporting important decision-making processes that help safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people.
You will provide professional co-ordination and minute-taking support for Child Protection Conferences and a range of multi-agency panels, including Fostering Panel, High Needs Panel, Channel Panel, and other service-critical meetings. No two days are the same, and you will work closely with a wide range of professionals, ensuring meetings are organised efficiently, records are accurate, and outcomes are communicated effectively.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented administrator with:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working in an administrative or business support role
- Minute-taking experience (highly desirable)
