This position is a Fixed Term post until 31/03/2026. You will assist the coordination of support for families across the city.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team within the Supporting Families Service.
  • Take minutes for external and internal meetings.
  • Assist senior managers with scheduling, correspondence and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate support services across the city.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage documents for the team.

We seek an experienced administrator who is organised, friendly, can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in minute taking are required. Comfort working with senior managers is essential.
