The Role

Parking Services sits within the City Compliance and Security team, part of the Housing, Regeneration and Operations directorate. The role is crucial in ensuring any income generated from pay and display machines is counted, verified and securely banked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all income generated is counted and banked on a daily basis
  • Carry out cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain the security of the cash room while counting is in operation
  • Report faults with cash counting equipment to ensure service operation is maintained
  • Ensure all stationary required to complete the tasks are available by maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies
