We are seeking a number of exceptional and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our school family. We are looking for candidates who are deeply committed to ensuring that every child is known, valued and supported to flourish.

Positions Available

  • Post 1 – SEN Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 15 per week
    Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 12.00 noon
    Key Stage: Lower Key Stage 2
    Salary: £8,961 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)
  • Post 2 – Early Years Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 10 per week
    Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 1.15pm – 3.15pm
    Key Stage: Early Years
    Salary: £5,974 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)
  • Post 3 – SEN Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 15 per week
    Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 9.15am – 12.15pm
    Key Stage: Lower Key Stage 2
    Salary: £8,961 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)
  • Post 4 – SEN Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 10 per week
    Working Pattern: 1.15pm – 3.15pm
    Key Stage: Lower Key Stage 2
    Salary: £5,974 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)
  • Post 5 – Interventions Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 6 per week
    Working Pattern: 3 afternoons a week (to be agreed) – 1.15pm – 3.15pm
    Key Stage: Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
    Salary: £3,584 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)
  • Post 6 – SEN Teaching Assistant
    Hours: 6 per week
    Working Pattern: Thursday and Friday 9.15am – 12.15pm
    Key Stage: Upper Key Stage 2
    Salary: £3,584 (pro‑rate, pay award pending)

Contract Details
FTE Salary: Pro‑rate £25,583 (pay award pending)
Scale: Grade 3, Point 3
Contract Type: Fixed Term, Term‑Time only (39 weeks)
Start Date: 1st September 2026
End Date: 21st July 2027

Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of educational and behavioural needs, including SEMH and cognition and learning, both within the classroom environment and beyond, as part of our wider school provision.
