Walton Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team of highly professional support staff. You will be required to work under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENDCo to provide support in addressing the needs of a pupil who requires particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

Walton High School is a high-achieving school situated in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Cannock Chase and enjoys an excellent reputation.

The role may suit applicants at various stages of their career, including those taking a gap year, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain experience working with students with SEND. This is a fixed term, term time only contract for 27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The position is graded at Grade 5, Scale 6 - 9 (Annual salary £16,774 – £17,590 depending upon Continuous Service).
