The Governors at Berkswich CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a Site Technician for 15 hours per week, commencing February 2026. This is a permanent position with some flexibility within working hours, typically from 7:30am–9:00am and 4:15pm–5:45pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be available during school closure periods.
Salary: Term Time Only plus 2 weeks – Grade 3, Spinal Column Point 4, FTE £25,185 (Pro rata salary approximately £10,000).

About the Role: The Governors are seeking to appoint a reliable, practical, and enthusiastic Site Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Responsibilities include opening and locking the premises, carrying out routine maintenance, and caretaking duties. There is some flexibility within the working hours to accommodate the right candidate, and additional hours may be available during school closure periods.
