Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in delivering an effective and efficient Registration Service to residents across Staffordshire.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide an excellent, customer-focused service.
  • Co‑ordinate and deliver training across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies and data protection standards.
  • Build strong partnerships and drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
