The Role

  • Excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 pedagogy
  • Experience or confidence teaching in mixed-age classes (or willing to develop this skill)
  • Confident and creative in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • Willing to contribute fully to school life – flexibility and a "willing to get stuck in" attitude are essential
  • High expectations for all pupils and commitment to inclusive practice
  • Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
