We are looking for a permanent Change Officer who enjoys working across different projects, organising information, supporting delivery and helping teams turn plans into action. This is a hybrid role based in Stafford, combining home and office working. We have two posts available – 1x 37‑hour permanent and 1x 37‑hour fixed‑term until 30 September 2027.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day delivery of change and project activity
  • Maintain project plans, logs, actions and reporting information
  • Contribute to PMO activity, including progress and exception reporting for the QPI Board
  • Support meetings and workshops, sometimes helping to facilitate sessions
  • Analyse information and data to support decision‑making
  • Track risks, issues and benefits and escalating when needed
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations for different audiences
  • Work positively with stakeholders across services

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience supporting projects, service improvement or change activity
  • Is comfortable working with information, data and reports
  • Is a clear communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Is confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Is able to build positive working relationships
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting delivery
