Hagley Primary School is seeking a Sports Coach to work as part of the After School Club. The role involves providing quality play‑care, planning and delivering sports activities for children, and supporting their social, emotional and physical development, including children with special educational needs.

- Salary: £6,534 – £8,350 per annum (Grade 3.5)
- Hours: 13 hours 45 minutes or 11 hours per week (2:45 pm‑5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday or Monday‑Thursday)
- Location: Hagley Primary School
- Employment Type: Permanent, part‑time, term‑time only
- Closing Date: 4th June 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, enjoyable play‑care and sports programmes for children.
- Support children’s social, emotional and physical development.
- Create a safe, secure and inclusive environment for all children.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate activities that meet developmental needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team to promote the club’s ethos and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents.
- Maintain a positive, hardworking and flexible attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in delivering childcare or sports activities.

- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (or already DBS checked).
