Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Marston Green Infant Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and capable person to join the administrative team. Successful candidates must have good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a busy school office and work well as part of a team.
Key Tasks:
- To ensure the smooth running of the reception area at all times
- To undertake a range of general administrative duties
This is a part time position working 22 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Monday 8.15am - 1pm
Tuesday 12pm - 4pm
Wednesday 8.15am - 1pm
Thursday 12.00pm - 4pm
Friday 8.15am – 1pm
Alterations to this working pattern may be considered for the successful candidate.
Actual salary: £12,639 - £13,040 per annum
Applicants must hold Maths and English GCSE Grade 4-7 (or equivalent) and be computer literate.
