Are you passionate about bringing people together, amplifying community voices, and creating real change at a neighbourhood level?
CAVA is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive VCFSE Community Integrator to play a pivotal role in connecting the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector with local health and wellbeing initiatives across Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how services are designed and delivered, ensuring communities are at the heart of decision‑making. You'll work alongside local partners, residents, volunteers and stakeholders to strengthen community engagement, tackle inequalities and support healthier neighbourhoods.
As our Community Integrator, you'll be the vital link between communities, the VCFSE sector and local health partners. Working as part of Solihull's National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme, you'll help ensure local voices are heard and community‑led solutions are embedded into neighbourhood health planning.
You’ll lead engagement and co-production activities, build strong partnerships, and help identify and respond to local priorities including:
- Health inequalities
- Frailty and healthy ageing
- Long‑term conditions
- End‑of‑life care
- Emerging neighbourhood priorities
