Responsibilities
- Make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with SEND and their families.
- Hold a varied and rewarding caseload, completing assessments, developing Family Help plans and delivering creative, strengths‑based interventions.
- Work as part of a supportive, multi‑agency team, contributing to Family Help and safeguarding processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience of working with children, young people and families.
- Confidence in assessment, care planning and direct work, with a good understanding of safeguarding, child development, legislation and the needs of children and young people with SEND.
