We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire.

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. The post is based within the Disability Review Team. The Disability Reviewing Team supports the Learning Disability and Physical Disability and Sensory Services by undertaking statutory Care Act reviews for adults who are receiving care and support to meet their eligible needs under the Care Act 2014.
