Location: Hybrid + across Wolverhampton

Contract: 10x Full time, permanent

Responsibilities

  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice for adults and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with health, housing and community partners.
  • Champion the voice of adults and carers.
  • Support outcome‑focused, person‑centred practice using a strengths‑based approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with adults, carers and families.
  • Strong assessment, communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • A commitment to strengths‑based practice.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • ASYE completed. (Desirable)
  • PE, BIA or AMHP qualification.
