Holly Lodge High School College of Science (SIPS) is recruiting for a Teacher of Science on a 1 year fixed term contract. We are a comprehensive 11-19 school and sixth form serving the diverse community of Smethwick, West Midlands. Our core values are Ambition, Opportunity and Community. Responsibilities
The role will give you an opportunity to provide students with incredible opportunities as part of the Science faculty.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Essential: the ability to speak fluent spoken English (covered by part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
- Candidates must be willing to undergo enhanced DBS checks, including a Children’s Barring List Check.
- The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Hours: Full Time (Fixed‑Term Contract for 1 year).
- Pay: Teachers Main Pay Range – Upper pay Range (£32,916 – £51,048 per annum).
