About the Role
- Facilitate monthly family-level supervision sessions for education and multi-agency partners.
- Provide expert advice and practical support to professionals, ensuring consistent application of thresholds and effective early help.
- Support colleagues in convening and leading Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings and acting as Lead Professional where needed.
- Deliver training sessions on thresholds and lead professional responsibilities.
- Promote collaborative working across the Family Help system and act as an ambassador for safeguarding and family support.
- Contribute to quality assurance and impact analysis to demonstrate positive outcomes for children and families.
About You
- Strong knowledge and experience of early help and family support systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide high support and constructive challenge to professionals.
- A commitment to a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach.
- Flexibility to travel across the borough as required.
