Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a STAR Trusted Assessor to work 18.5 hours per week. The role involves comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop support plans.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults, knowledge of assessment frameworks, and the ability to travel across the borough. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent is required.
