Victoria Park Academy is a 3‑form entry Primary school in Smethwick and the lead academy of Victoria Academies Trust. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated LSA who can demonstrate that they are a creative thinker, passionate, committed and have the determination to secure the best possible outcomes for every child. They should be energetic, positive, able to work effectively as part of our team, willing to go the extra mile, have a good understanding of pupils with SEND and know how to support them in school, and have prior experience of delivering synthetic phonics.
