Victoria Academies Trust is looking for a Learning Support Assistant Level 2 to work in Nursery at Devonshire Infant and Junior Academies, required from September 2026.

We are looking for experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about shaping children’s earliest experiences of education. We want practitioners who are caring, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with commitment and the determination to secure the best possible outcomes for every child with a genuine love for helping them grow in confidence, curiosity and independence.

Key Information- Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Term Time Only plus training days)
- Grade: Band B scale point 4 £25,185 per annum pro rata (pro rata actual salary £19,484)
- Location: Devonshire Infant and Junior Academies, Auckland Road, Smethwick, B67 7AT
- Contract: Permanent
