Sledmere Primary School, part of Perry Hall Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to join our hardworking and dedicated inclusion team.

Responsibilities and Qualities

We are seeking applicants who have experience of safeguarding and supporting families, who demonstrate a commitment, care and passion for making a difference and a strong team work ethos.
