Dedicated and suitably experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children academically and pastorally in the Nursery.
- Work with children with additional needs, including special educational needs related to language and communication.
- Demonstrate skills in supporting communication and managing pupils’ emotions in a proactive, positive and supportive way.
- Lead the class during times such as PPA at Level 3.
- Support early years curriculum and facilitate learning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for Nursery work and experience working with children in Early Years.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly language and communication needs.
- Understanding of supporting communication and managing emotions in early years settings.
Key Information
- Salary: £17,906 - £19,083 per annum (actual).
- 30 hours per week.
- Term Time contract.
- Permanent.
