Due to continued growth and the development of new ways of working, we are expanding our teams across the Dudley Borough and the City of Wolverhampton. Service Delivery Manager
Permanent Contract: 37 hrs p/w (min 30 hrs) – £32,500 – £35,000 p/a FTE
A key operational leadership role responsible for managing front‑line, client‑facing teams and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across our advice and non‑advice contracts with multiple funders. You’ll manage performance, support staff development and make sure services meet contract and organisational standards. As part of the Operational Leadership Team, you’ll join six other operational managers who work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and contribute to new business opportunities. You’ll take a hands‑on approach, where your work directly improves service delivery and creates impact.
About You
- Demonstrable capabilities to line‑manage different teams and work collaboratively to meet objectives, ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively under own initiative on a range of tasks at any one time.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels appropriately, inside and external to the organisation.
- Calm and professional when handling sensitive issues, complex demands, and periods of change.
- Committed to continuous learning and creating a positive, inclusive environment where teams can thrive.
