Elms Farm Primary School is looking for a passionate Senior Learning Mentor to join our established Pastoral Team. This is an exciting new role in our school to strengthen our support for pupils and their families. The successful candidate will work with our Leadership team and lead Learning Mentors to provide provision across the school.

We are looking for a Senior Learning Mentor who:

  • Is passionate about making a difference and committed to our school values
  • Has experience in delivering high quality pastoral support and interventions
  • Manages a team effectively
  • Has a firm understanding of effective safeguarding
  • Is already trained, or is willing to train as a DSL

Staff are supported to identify pupils’ needs swiftly and accurately. They know pupils well and adapt learning effectively. This means that pupils can achieve well. Leaders and governors place a high priority on managing staff workload and wellbeing, considering these carefully when making decisions. As a result, staff feel highly valued.
