Dudley Academies Trust is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to help shape the future of the English Department and inspire both learners and staff. As Second in Department, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Curriculum development

Pegasus is located just outside central Dudley at the intersection of several major roads and bus routes. It is the smallest secondary academy in the Trust with over 600 learners on roll.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Instructional leadership and curriculum development within the English Department
  • Mentoring and professional development for teaching staff
  • Coordinating assessment and reporting practices
  • Partnering with school leadership to support student progress and wellbeing
