Light Hall School is seeking a highly organised individual for the role of Science Technician to support our Science department and help young people learn through science. The successful candidate will develop, prepare and maintain science equipment and materials, providing practical and technical support to teachers and ensuring safe, engaging practical activities for staff and students. They will also give advice and guidance, ensuring COSHH regulations are adhered to.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, prepare and maintain science equipment and materials.
- Provide practical and technical support to teachers delivering the science curriculum.
- Prepare resources that enable safe and engaging practical activities.
