The Telford Langley School is offering an exciting opportunity at our state-of-the-art school. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated receptionist/administrator. Our ethos of ‘Ensuring Excellence’ is at the forefront of everything that we do.
The successful candidate will take on general admin duties to support within a well-established admin team. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in general clerical/administrative work
- Experience of operation of administrative systems
- Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible
- Maintains confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent ICT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
- Confidence and ability to relate well to children and adults; proactive friendly ‘can do’ attitude
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion
- Takes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines in conjunction with manager guidance
- A good sense of humour
- A knowledge of school student MIS systems would be an advantage
- First aid trained or willingness to undertake first aid training
