Part‑Time (16.5 hrs per week), term‑time only (38 weeks per year).

Location: Campion School, Sydenham Drive, Leamington Spa CV31 1QH.

Band D, S.C.P. 4‑5 (£25,185‑£25,583 per annum, full time). Actual starting salary for this part‑time position: £9,372 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general reception duties.
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks within the school’s main reception office.
  • Greet and interact with the public, students and other school staff; maintain a calm and friendly demeanour.

Qualifications:

  • Organisation skills and excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Experience of working in a reception/office environment, preferably in a school (advantageous but not essential).
  • Previous experience is not absolutely necessary; training will be given.

Working hours and schedule:

Preferred hours: work over three days of the week from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm (on rare occasions may cover up to 4.00 pm).
