Chawson Community First School is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to become part of our busy school office team. Working closely with the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the school and helping to create a positive and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and able to work efficiently under pressure, with strong administrative, communication, and IT skills. A professional manner, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively are essential for this role. A working knowledge of Office 365 is essential. Knowledge of Arbor and Safeguarding children would be advantageous, although training will be given.
