Hodge Hill Girls School is seeking an experienced and proactive School Administration Assistant for Attendance to improve pupil attendance and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and respond to attendance data
- Manage your own caseload and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for pupils
- Work closely with the Headteacher, Head of Year and external agencies to strengthen links between home, school and the local authority
- Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils and families, challenging poor attendance and providing practical guidance and pastoral support
- Deliver high‑quality pastoral support and intervention to promote high expectations and sustained improvements in attendance and punctuality
