Role overview
Promote Warwick District to visitors of the Royal Pump Rooms by providing a high‑quality information service and maximizing revenue through ticketing, sales of publications, souvenirs, and merchandise. Deliver an accurate, efficient, and welcoming service as part of the Sales and Information team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate, efficient ticketing and sales service for publications, souvenirs, and merchandise.
- Answer visitor enquiries and offer information about local attractions and facilities.
- Handle cash transactions securely and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver a welcoming, efficient service to customers as part of the Sales and Information team.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer‑facing roles, especially in sales or hospitality environments.
- Proven cash handling experience.
- Excellent communication and ICT skills.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Aware of current technologies and tools for customer service.
