Lunchtime Supervisor Permanent, part‑time – 5 hours a week (1 hour per day, Monday to Friday). Term‑time only for 38 weeks per year. Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 5) £25,583 per annum, pro‑rata – £2,910 per annum.

Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is building an all‑through school in the Trust family. The role is with the newly opened school beginning with Year 7 in September 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision during lunchtime to ensure safety and a positive environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills and readiness for afternoon learning.
