37 hours per week TTO plus 1 week (39 weeks) 8.30am-4.30pm

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our fantastic school as a Science Technician, to provide support to enable the smooth running of lessons with a focus on practical activities, and to maintain a safe working environment. This can be a physically demanding role.

Key responsibilities include:

• provide and prepare resources for practical lessons that meets both the health & safety standards and the requirements of the classes involved
• provide general assistance in the safe storage, transit and accessibility of resources
• support the Senior technician team in providing and maintaining a healthy, safe and a productive work environment through the routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, laboratories and prep rooms
• Contribute to the school’s statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
