Responsibilities
- Contributing to the ethos, aims and values of the school.
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children they come into contact with.
- Organising and providing effective school administration, its management information systems and provide comprehensive administrative service for the school staff.
- Being the first point of contact for all pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
- Administering the personnel admin processes related to the appointment of all staff from recruitment, pre-employment checks and employment and induction.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths and grade A-C.
- Knowledge of specialist ICT packages, eg finance and SIMS.
- Good communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of office administration.
- Experience of working in a school environment.
- Displaying commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people.
