We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Independent Living Manager (maternity cover) to oversee the delivery of our lifeline telecare system and to manage our sheltered housing accommodation. The role is crucial to ensuring that our residents receive exceptional support and service which enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Key responsibilities include the ongoing management of the control room and the move to digital for customers.
- Coordinate staff to provide the high-quality services we are known for delivering.
- Maintain calm and effective communication during high pressure situations and address issues promptly.
- Proven experience of managing a telecare system and accommodation for the elderly or vulnerable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
This post is predominantly based at our offices and properties within Warwick District. Requirement to operate at various hours and days across the week to build relationships with the team.
