Human Resources / Business Administration Officer Campion School, Sydenham Drive, Leamington Spa CV31 1QH. Permanent contract from 1 September 2026. Salary Band F, SCp 7-10 (full‑time F7 £26,403 to F10 £28,142). Hours for part‑time or full‑time (22.50–30 hours per week, term‑time only, 39 weeks plus five days). Paid salary after pro‑rata would be £13,749 for 22.50 hrs or £18,332 for 30 hrs.
We are looking for an experienced HR and Business Administrator to support the Human Resources Manager and Governance & Compliance Manager, and to provide an efficient HR and business administration function at the school. The role supports the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, staff, parents and pupils.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and Governance teams.
- Support the Headteacher and senior leadership with HR and business needs.
- Assist staff, parents, and pupils with HR‑related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation.
- Cooperate with external agencies and recruitment consultants for employment matters.
- Carry out ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Good previous experience of high‑level clerical and administrative work in a human resources, school, or other professional setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain flexibility.
- Energetic, organised and proactive, with imagination and flexibility.
- Previous experience working in a school is advantageous.
