Stratford upon Avon School in Warwickshire is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate individual to lead our Behaviour Support Room and support students with a range of needs.

You will use restorative approaches to help pupils reflect, regulate, and refocus, contributing to wellbeing and engagement across learning.

Working hours are 37 per week, term time plus five staff learning days. Salary is band H (£31,537–£34,434 pa pro-rata), with actual hours resulting in £27,321–£29,831 per year.
