Position: Resource Controller

Salary: £26,403 – £28,598 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Taking incoming phone calls and recording accurate information.
Managing information about additional trades/materials needed after repair diagnosis.
Entering and maintaining details in the IT system, ensuring its fitness.
Building ongoing relationships with team members and operatives to create a positive working environment.
Ensuring operatives are aware of system or health‑and‑safety flags and relevant asbestos information before accessing a property.
Qualifications & Skills
Flexible and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent customer service in all situations.
Willingness to adapt and maintain a flexible approach.
Strong IT skills and effective use of communication tools (phone, computer, face‑to‑face).
Ability to take initiative in varying and demanding circumstances.
