We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
- Demonstrates the ability to provide efficient and effective support to pupils and staff through a fully inclusive approach
- Assesses and reports on pupils’ development, progress and attainment
- Provides effective pastoral care and understands all pupils
- Is proactive, flexible and works effectively as part of a team
- Has excellent communication skills with pupils and all stakeholders
- Is a reflective practitioner
- Is committed to their own professional development
- Is committed to promoting our Christian ethos and values
- Has GCSE passes in Maths and English (4+)

Previous experience is desirable for this role, although not essential. Experience of working with children with autism and other additional needs is desirable or at least a willingness to gain experience, together with GCSE passes in Maths and English (C/4+) or equivalent.
Hours: 33hrs 45mins per week, term time only plus 5 Inset days
Schedule: 08:45am – 3:30pm
Salary: £25,583 – £25,989 p.a. pro rata
Closing date: 9am on 9 January 2026
