Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils Environmental Services Operative Level 1
Hours of work: 37 Hours per week (any 4 & 5 days working patterns apply from any 7 days)
Salary: £25,583 - £27,254 (Grade 3)
Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. The Councils are committed to being a customer driven organisation, with our customers at the heart of everything we do; focused on improving delivery services that make a difference to the community that we serve.
You will be part of the Place Teams based in Redditch who work on a geographical area basis. The successful candidate will be working in all areas of the town and district. You will need to have a full UK driving licence, be physically fit and able to work on your own initiative to the specified job description.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills will be required as well as reliability with a flexible can-do attitude to carry out manual duties in all weathers, an understanding of the health and safety work act 1974, and being able to work outdoors in a team as well as alone.
